Philadelphia police say a motorcyclist who collided head-on with a car that was involved in an apparent street race has died.
WCAU-TV reports the crash happened around 1 a.m. in southwest Philadelphia. Witnesses tell police two cars were racing when the motorcyclist collided with one of the vehicles.The 45-year-old man died at the scene of the crash. Police haven't released the victim's identity.
Police say one of the drivers fled the scene of the crash. An investigation continues.
