Kissimmee ,FL: One person killed after Turnpike crash near mile marker 247 on Wednesday June 1,2016.

At least one person died Thursday morning after a crash on Florida’s Turnpike in Kissimmee, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened just after 3:30 a.m. on the Turnpike near mile marker 247.
A Honda was traveling southbound when, for unknown reasons, it traveled off the road and onto the right shoulder. The left side of the vehicle struck a tree, troopers said. The 24-year-old driver, who has not been identified, died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
