One person dead after tractor trailer tips over on I-435

A semi-tractor trailer accident on a ramp from northbound Interstate 435 to eastbound Interstate 70 has killed one person. The accident happened at 8:40 a.m. The truck tipped over on the ramp and as a result, one person was killed.
