WEST GOSHEN, PA : A fatal car crash in West Goshen on Wednesday, June 28, 2017
Police in West Goshen say that road rage may have caused a fatal car crash.
Police say that they were seeking help to find a red pickup truck seen leaving the scene of the accident on Route 100 Wednesday afternoon.
Police say a young motorist died in the crash near the intersection with Route 202 The two-vehicle accident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on Route 100 southbound at mile marker 0.1, just before the intersection with Route 202.
West Goshen police and Goshen Fire crews responded to the accident. The southbound lanes of Route 100 were closed for several hours Wednesday night, and an accident reconstruction team could be seen investigating the crash site.
The West Goshen Police Department is asking for the public’s help with locating a red pickup truck that was seen fleeing from the scene of the accident after a possible road rage incident, according to a news release. The identity of the victim was not immediately available Wednesday night.
