Union City: Crash involving tow truck ties up southbound I-880 traffic

The driver of a tow truck traveling northbound on Interstate 880 lost control of the large vehicle and veered into the southbound lanes, colliding with a silver Honda Accord and one other unknown vehicle, witnesses said.
