Perham,MN : Four hurt in two-car crash near Perham on May,Monday 21st 2018
Several people, including a 14-year-old girl, were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Perham Township.
The girl was taken to the Perham hospital. Her name was not released and her condition was not reported by the State Patrol.
She was driving a 2011 BMW 535 northbound on Harvest Avenue approaching a stop sign. A 2009 Ford Escape was eastbound on Highway 108. The BMW did not stop for the stop sign and was struck by the Ford. The drivers and passengers in both vehicles were transported for treatment.
A passenger in the BMW, Darin Lee Trites, 41, of Frazee suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the Perham hospital.
The driver of the Ford, Patrick Charles Jordan, 75, of Boise, Idaho, also suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to the Perham hospital.
A passenger in the Ford, Cecilia Marie Jordan, 73, of Boise, Idaho, was also taken to the Perham hospital to be checked out. All four were wearing seatbelts and airbags deployed in both vehicles.
The crash was reported at 2:29 p.m. Monday on dry pavement on Highway 108 in Otter Tail County. Deputies and Perham police officers assisted at the scene.
