Dover, DE : 47-year-old Dillard Stevens dead in hit by a car on Tuesday October 13 2015

Dover Police say a pedestrian was fatally injured when he was hit by a car while trying to cross North DuPont Highway.
It happened about 8:50 p.m. Tuesday. Officers say 47-year-old Dillard Stevens, who was not in a crosswalk or intersection, was hit by a car traveling south.Stevens was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Police say no charges are pending.
