STANLEY, ND : Parshall man killed in crash in Stanley on Thursday, 15th November 2018

Authorities have identified a 26-year-old Parshall man who died after the pickup he was driving rear-ended a semitrailer in Mountrail County.

The Highway Patrol says David Sopher died at the scene on U.S. Highway 2 in Stanley on Tuesday night.

The semi driver wasn’t hurt.
