Victorville, CA : Two women seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Air Expressway Saturday evening, July 30, 2016

Two women were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening on Air Expressway, an official said.
The incident occurred near Nevada Avenue just south of Southern California Logistics Airport. It was reported at 7:22 p.m., according to San Bernardino County Fire spokesman Jeff Allen.

Two "immediate" patients were both flown to trauma centers by Mercy Air helicopters, Allen said. County Fire, meanwhile, responded with two paramedic engines and a battalion chief.

At the scene, the two vehicles — both, sedans — showed significant damage; the wrecked vehicles were on opposite sides of the road.
