Speed contributed to a crash that killed a 22-year-old woman in north Colorado Springs Tuesday night.
Colorado Springs police said Allie Canedo was driving too fast in the 1900 block of Dublin Boulevard when her vehicle went off the road and hit a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene in a crash that happened about 11 p.m.
No one else was in the vehicle, police said.
The crash closed both directions of Dublin Boulevard overnight.
