Enid, OK : One person injured in collision at Willow and Cleveland on Friday afternoon, July 15, 2016

A Ringwood woman was injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at Willow and Cleveland.

Nataly Trejo, 20, was taken from the scene of the 3:58 p.m. crash by Life EMS to Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, according to an Enid Police Department collision report.

She suffered non-incapacitating arm and body injuries in the crash and sustained friction burns on both forearms from her vehicle’s airbags.

Trejo was stopped facing west on Willow at Cleveland in her 2013 Honda Civic waiting to turn south, according to the report.

Virginia K. Spicer, 52, of Oldfield, Mo., told police she had the green circle and saw Trejo traveling eastbound.

Spicer said Trejo moved to the outside lane and she approached the intersection and she thought Trejo was going to turn south onto Cleveland so she began turning into the intersection.

Spicer, driving a 1999 Chevy Tahoe, said she then struck Trejo’s vehicle.

Spicer refused treatment at the scene and was cited for failure to yield right of way.
