Philadelphia , PA :Police seek owner of SUV involved in hit-run crash that killed 1 man, injured another on Sunday night ,July 26th 2015

Police say they want to talk to the owner of a sport utility vehicle believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run crash in northeast Philadelphia that killed one person and injured another.

Officials say a car was struck by the SUV at about 10:40 p.m. Sunday in the Juniata section of the city. Police said the passenger in the car was pronounced dead at a hospital and the driver was taken to a hospital with injuries said not to be life-threatening.

Police said the SUV left the scene but officers later located the vehicle believed to have been involved. They said the vehicle has heavy front-end damage, and want to talk to the registered owner to find out who was driving.
