FRANKLIN COUNTY, IL : 1 dead, 1 injured after crash in Franklin County on Monday, 11th December 2023

One person died and another has serious injuries after a crash Monday night in Franklin County.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a traffic crash on South Thompsonville Road just north of the Franklin/Williamson County line around 8:21 p.m. on December 11.

The caller reported two involved vehicles and said that the crash was head on.
