Charlotte ,NC : Driver crashes into gas station to steal cigaretteson Saturday ,July 4th 2015

A driver crashed into the front doors of a gas station in the University City area Saturday to steal cigarettes, police said.

The person rammed a van into the BP station on University City Boulevard at about 5 a.m.


The crash left a massive hole in the front of the store.

When officers arrived, the vehicle was gone. No arrests have been made.
