Nashville,TN : Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run accident on April, tuesday 25th 2017

One man was killed in an overnight hit and run in south Nashville.

Police said a grey car, possibly a Mitsubishi, struck the man on Murfreesboro Pike south of the East Thompson Lane intersection around midnight.

Police believe the car sustained significant damage based on debris found at the scene.

The victim is believed to be a homeless man who stayed in that area.
