A motorcycle rider is in critical condition after hitting the curb on Hwy. 90 and flipping Thursday night in Pass Christian. Police Chief Tim Hendricks said the crash happened around 9:15 p.m. near Shadowlawn Dr.
Hendricks said the motorcycle was heading east on the highway when it hit the curb and left the roadway. The rider, who was the only person involved in the crash, was thrown from the bike.
Hendricks said the rider was rushed to the hospital and remains in critical condition. The rider’s identity has not been released.
What caused the motorcycle to hit the curb remains under investigation.
