I-87 slow S/B in Rockland, N/B in Westchester

A car accident on I-87 southbound near Exit 14A for the Garden State Parkway is causing delays, state police said about 8 a.m. The accident happened about 7:25 a.m. A car was pulled off to the shoulder and smoking, police said.
