Walnut Ridge, AR : One person killed in a crash on Highway 63 in Lawrence County on Thursday night, January 21, 2016

Emergency crews are working a deadly crash in Lawrence County.

The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday night on Highway 63.

Lawrence County Dispatch confirmed that one person was killed in the crash.

We do not know about any other injuries at this time.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department advised that many of the roads in the county are covered in black ice and are very slick.

Use caution if you must get out and drive.
