Orlando, FL : Pedestrian taken to hospital after crash in Orlando on Monday night. November 3, 2014

A pedestrian was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center after a crash Monday night, according to the Orlando Fire Department. Investigators said a man was crossing Metrowest Boulevard just east of Wilshire Drive when he was hit by a car. The man had critical injuries and was transported to the hospital. The driver stopped and is being questioned by investigators. Officials said the pedestrian had a median so it is unclear why he walked into the path of the car.
