Lochearn, MD : Baltimore County police seek driver of truck in fatal hit-and-run crash on Sunday, February 28, 2016

A man is dead after a hit-and-run crash in Lochearn Sunday, Baltimore County police said Monday.

An officer on patrol discovered the man in the front yard of a home in the 6700 block of Windsor Mill Road at about 6:45 a.m. Sunday, police said. He has been identified as Jermine Lamont Taylor, 30, of the 3200 block of Richwood Avenue in Baltimore County.

Police said Taylor was struck by a truck while he was walking on Windsor Mill Road near Lukewood Drive. The vehicle left the scene.

Police are looking for a 1999 to 2000 Chevy Silverado with damage to the right headlight and mirror.
