Middletown, DE : Man hurt in golf cart crash near Middletown on Wednesday, July 15th, 2015
New Castle County Police say alcohol likely played a part in a crash between two golf carts that landed one man in a hospital.
Police spokesman Tom Jackson says two golf carts collided head-on at a low speed at the Back Creek Golf Course near Middletown on Wednesday night.
Jackson says a 55-year-old man was found conscious with a possible head injury and was transported to Christiana Hospital for non-life threatening injuries by the Middletown Fire Company. No other injuries were reported.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
