PERU, ME : Route 108 in Peru closes due to crash on Thursday, 19th October 2023

A man from Buckfield died Thursday after crashing a dump truck in the town of Peru.

It happened shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Route 108, in the area of Greenwoods Road and Auburn Road, Chief Deputy James Urquhart of the Oxford County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
