NASHVILLE, TN : Two dead in South Nashville single car crash speed likely a factor on Sunday, 17th December 2023

Speed is being investigated as a factor in a crash that killed a driver and passenger overnight.

A deadly crash occurred just before 3 a.m. Sunday on Nolenville Pike at Polk Avenue. According to police, after passing through the intersection, the car left the roadway, hit a utility pole and rolled on it's roof before catching fire.

Two unidentified men inside the car died at the scene, police said.
