ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FL : Cantonment man dies after crashing into power pole on Highway 297A on Sunday, 1st October 2023

According to Florida Highway Patrol, a man is dead after crashing into a power pole Sunday morning in Cantonment.

The accident took place on Highway 297A near Corral Drive around 11:30 a.m.

Troopers say the 32-year-old man, from Cantonment, was driving a blue 2008 Honda Civic when he crashed into the pole. He then died at the scene from his injuries.
