NORTH CHARLESTON, SC : Crash closes portion of Rivers Avenue at Piggly on Friday, 8th December 2023

Two pedestrians were struck during a Friday morning crash that shut down a portion of Rivers Avenue.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) responded to Rivers Avenue at Piggly Wiggly Drive around 10:45 a.m.
At the scene, officers learned the driver of a car struck a power pole and two pedestrians.
The driver and the two pedestrians were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
