Fort Lauderdale, FL : Three seriously injured in crash at Stirling and Park roads in Hollywood on Sunday, February 5, 2017

Thee people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash at Stirling and Park roads Sunday at 3:15 p.m., a police spokeswoman said.

All three had to be extricated from the vehicles and were transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.

Stirling Road was closed to eastbound traffic at Park Road for more than two hours, said Miranda Grossman, spokeswoman for the Hollywood Police Department.

Police were not releasing the identities of the accident victims on Sunday.

One person was driving a Mercedes and the two others were in a Honda, she said.

The accident remains under investigation, Grossman said.
