Wayne County, MI : 57-year-old Woman hit, killed by truck in Van Buren Township on Tuesday, Oct 13, 2015

A 57-year-old woman was killed Tuesday when a truck hit her while she was walking along the Interstate 94 service drive near Morton Taylor Road in Van Buren Township, police said.

The woman was walking with her 25-year-old son along the northbound side of the service drive.

No other injuries were reported.

The Van Buren Police Department is investigating.
