Cleveland, OH : Woman hurt in downtown crash Friday morning on May 30, 2014

Authorities say a serious crash temporarily caused the closure of Superior Avenue in each direction between E. 6th Street and E. 9th Street in downtown Cleveland.

The roadway has since reopened.

The crash, which involved a vehicle that overturned and came to rest on its roof, happened shortly after sunrise Friday morning.

A garbage truck was also reportedly involved in the accident.

Officials say a 30-year-old female driver in the flipped vehicle was transported to MetroHealth Hospital in stable condition.

No word if there were any other injuries.
