Man seriously injured on near Marshall Michigan
A man was airlifted to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo with life-threatening injuries after his vehicle struck a semi-truck as the truck driver attempted to turn around on I-69 by driving through the median, police said.The Calhoun County Sheriff's Office said in a press release that the accident occurred at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday near N Drive in Marshall Township.
A 25-year-old Michigan man was driving south on I-69 when his vehicle struck the rear of the semi-truck who driver was attempting to turn around in the median.
The semi-truck driver, a 57-year-old man from Tennessee, was not injured. Names were not released.The crash remained under investigation, according to the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office.
