TOLEDO, OH : One killed multiple injured in single-vehicle crash on Friday, 22nd December 2023

There was a somber mood at Rossford Junior-Senior High School. Students honored a life lost in a fatal car accident.

Before their home game Friday night, Rossford students honored Ace Cuellar with a moment of silence and posters. “R hearts are with Rossford,” and “Fly High Ace” signs were created and hung up around the gym.


According to Rossford, Cuellar was a student at Rossford Schools and was enrolled at Penta Career Center this year.

Ohio State Highway Patrol said Cuellar was a passenger in the front seat of the vehicle that was involved in a single-vehicle crash Thursday night. The 17-year-old driver and 16-year-old back seat passenger are students at Maumee Schools and Penta Career Center, according to Maumee schools.
