Liberty County, TX: Sisters injured in hit-and-run crash in Liberty County on Tuesday October 27 2015

His three granddaughters, Kaylee, 9, and 7-year-olds Alexis and Brooklyn were standing at the intersection of county roads 6472 and 6471 waiting for a Dayton Independent School District bus Tuesday when a car turned into the girls' path, hit two of them and kept going.
Their parents said Kaylee and Alexis were dragged after getting caught on one of the car's tires.Kaylee has a broken leg and Alexis suffered a sprained ankle. Brooklyn was not hurt and ran home to get help.
Now Maher wants answers and wants the driver behind bars.
I would just like to know who did it," Maher said. "Somebody should own up to this, come forward and be responsible."
The girls told investigators the car was a black two-door sedan, but they didn't see much of it because it was dark.
