Malvern man dies in car submersion

A Malvern man has died in a one-car crash.It happened Tuesday morning around 6:30 along Highway 67 north of Malvern.An Arkansas State Police accident report identifies the victim as Jeremiah Kane Chadwick, 32.Chadwick was behind the wheel of a 2013 Nissan Altima headed north on Highway 67 near Glen Rose when his vehicle struck a bridge. Chadwick's vehicle then went off the road and became submerged in a creek. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
