CAMILLUS, NY : Camillus police investigating fatal motorcycle crash on Friday, 26th August, 2016

A motorcycle accident has shut down most of state Route 695.

Camillus police said the crash occurred on Route 695 south near Gerelock Road around 4:30 p.m. Police responded to the crash as well as the Fairmount Fire Department and WAVES ambulance.

The right and center lanes of Route 695 south are closed and the highway is down to one lane. Police said drivers should use caution in the area.Route 695 south near Gerelock Road in Camillus has reopened, according to the state Department of Transportation.
