CENTRAL, LA : Driver dies in head-on crash after attempting to pass another vehicle in a curve on Thursday, 31st October 2024

The Central Police Department is investigating a deadly crash that happened on Thursday morning, Oct. 31.

Police identified the victim as Jeremiah Butler, 26, of Baton Rouge.

According to police, the crash happened just before 5:45 a.m. on Greenwell Springs Road between Denham Road and Hooper Road.
