BRISTOL, RI : Child dies in crash while riding bike on Tuesday, 2th July 2018

State police in Rhode Island are investigating a crash that has killed a child who was riding a bike.

The victim was hit after 3:30 p.m. on Poppasquash Road in Bristol on Tuesday.

There is no information on the condition or age of the child, who has been transferred to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence.

The road remains closed. A state police accident reconstruction team is at the scene.
