Dedham, ME : Three die in crash in a two-vehicle collision in Dedham on Tuesday, August 5, 2014

Maine State Police say three-people have died in a two-vehicle collision in Dedham. Authorities say two people were pronounced dead at the scene and a third died later at a hospital. The crash happened shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday on Route 1A, about a mile from the Lucerne Inn. State police say a sport utility vehicle crossed the center line and veered into the path of an oncoming pickup truck. Police have not yet released the names of the victims or cause of the crash.
