Juniata County, PA : 2 killed in a crash in Fayette Township, Juniata County on Sunday, 16th September 2018

Two people, including a 17-year-old driver, were killed in a one-vehicle crash in Juniata County early Sunday morning.

According to State Police at Lewistown, 17-year-old David Boyle, of Mifflintown, lost control of a Mazda sedan at 12:11 a.m. Sunday along Rockland Road in Fayette Township, Juniata County.

Police said Boyle lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason and the car struck a telephone pole and tree.

Boyle and Matthew Reichert, 20, of McAlisterville were pronounced dead at the scene.
