Adams County ,IN :Three people injured after Two car crash along US 27 on Wednesday morning ,September 2nd 2015

Three people were injured in a crash at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday in Monroe, the Adams County sheriff's department said today.

The crash occurred at the intersection of U.S. 27 and Indiana 124, and involved a semi and two cars, the sheriff's department said in a statement.

Two people were flown by Lutheran Air and Samaritan to a Fort Wayne hospital and the third was taken there by ambulance, the statement said.

The crash remains under investigation.
