Cloquet, MN : Two people injured in two-car crash on Highway 33 in Cloquet on Saturday afternoon, March 7, 2015

Two people were injured, one seriously, in a two–car crash in Carlton County Saturday afternoon.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 71–year–old Corrine Wick, of Cloquet, was driving a 1994 Saturn northbound on Highway 33 just after 4:30 Saturday, when she attempted to cross the southbound lanes of the highway.

Authorities say Wick was then hit broadside by a 2007 Chrysler minivan traveling south.
Wick was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth with serious injuries, according to the State Patrol.
The driver of the minivan, 57–year–old Jennifer Daher, of Kerrick, was taken to Community Memorial Hospital in Cloquet with non–life threatening injures.
Authorities say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
