MUSCATINE, IA : Crews respond to accident on Highway 61 near Muscatine on Saturday, 31st August 2024

Crews responded to an accident on Hwy 61 near Muscatine Saturday evening.

At around 6:30 p.m., TV6 learned that parts of southbound Hwy 61 had been closed for a possible crash near Muscatine.

While details are limited at this time, county officials confirmed to TV6 that emergency units had responded to an ‘accident’ in that area which led to the partial closure of the highway.
