Orlando , FL :Woman, 21, dies after car plunges into Orange County pond on Sunday , June 28th 2015

Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating how a driver lost control on State Road 408 and ends up in a pond, killing a 21-year-old Orlando women.Troopers said
at about 5 a.m. Sunday, Chloe Arenas was driving a Hyundai that was heading eastbound on the State Road 408 exit ramp when she lost control, traveled across all lanes
of Alafaya Trail and landed in the water.It took crews about four hours to pull the car out of the water.Nearby resident Ken Watt said he was riding his bike when he
saw first responders arrive in the Waterford Lakes area.“Couple tow trucks here, Florida Highway Patrol had two or three vehicles here and we didn’t know what was
going on,” he said.Troopers said there was one witness who saw the car go into the pond.
