WESTBROOK, ME : Police identify pedestrian killed by car in Westbrook on August, Friday 25th 2017

Police have identified the pedestrian killed Friday morning in Westbrook.
Officers said James Brooks, 41, of Westbrook, died when he was hit by a car on Spiller Drive around 1:30 a.m.
The driver was identified as Nestus Mukeshimana, 31, of Portland.

Mukeshimana was not hurt.

The crash remains under investigation, police said.
