Waco, TX : Police identify victim in pedestrian in fatal Waco Drive crash Sunday August 28, 2016

Police have identified the 59-year-old man who was struck by a BMW, causing fatal injuries, near the intersection of Waco Drive and North 25th Street early Sunday morning.
Catario Carrizal was killed as he crossed Waco Drive on foot when he was hit by a 2013 BMW traveling west on Waco Drive at about 2:15 a.m., Waco police Sgt W. Patrick Swanton said. The driver of the BMW, Milton Ramos, 32, of Waco, was arrested on an intoxication assault charge.
Carrizal was taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center, where he died shortly before 6 a.m. Swanton said the charges may change as the investigation continues.
