Kendallville, IN : Toddler killed in pedestrian-vehicle accident at the Carriage House Apartments on Wednesday night, May 18, 2016

A toddler died Wednesday night when struck by a vehicle at the Carriage House Apartments.

Kendallville police were called at about 7:15 p.m. to investigate a vehicle-pedestrian accident within the grounds of the apartment complex at 340 Ashton Drive on the city’s northwest side.
