Boise, ID : Woman killed in Boise crash near Ustick on Sunday, November, 19th 2017

The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman who was killed in a single-vehicle crash around 1:30 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of West Ustick Road and North Five Mile Road as Jeana Judeth Walker.

Walker was a Boise resident.

Preliminary evidence shows Walker, 48, was traveling northbound on Five Mile in the southbound lane, police said. After crossing Ustick, she crashed into a traffic light pole and a block retaining wall on the northwest corner of the intersection, according to the news release. She died of blunt force trauma.

The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, died on scene, police said, and no one else was injured in the crash. Toxicology reports are pending, and the results make take several weeks to process.
