Granby, NY : Two killed, one hurt when FedEx truck hits car head-on in Oswego County on Route 3 Monday afternoon on September 29, 2014

State police say two people are dead and a third is in critical condition after a FedEx delivery truck collided with a car on a central New York road. Troopers say 41-year-old Kevin Frank of Liverpool was driving the truck on Route 3 Monday afternoon when he crossed over into oncoming traffic and hit a car head-on in the Oswego County town of Granby, 25 miles northwest of Syracuse. Both vehicles came to rest partially submerged in a pond. Police say Frank was ejected from his truck and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car, 38-year-old Victoria Tully, also was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger, 20-year-old Elizabeth Tully, was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where she's in critical condition with severe head trauma. The cause of the crash is being investigated.
