Two people died Saturday morning after a crash involving a cement truck and car, North Charleston Police Department spokesperson Harve Jacobs said.
Around 3:30 a.m., North Charleston police officers responded to Ashley Phosphate Road and Peppermill Parkway regarding a collision.
