RICHLANDS, NC : North Carolina officers say woman killed on May, Wednesday 3rd 2017

North Carolina law enforcement officers say a motorist is dead after her car ran off a road and overturned, throwing her from the vehicle. Two children inside the car were taken to the hospital.
Local media outlets report a preliminary investigation by the N.C. Highway Patrol says the can ran off a road west of Jacksonville, came back across the center line and rolled over. The unidentified woman was ejected from the car.
According to the patrol, the woman was not wearing a seat belt.
The two children in the car were restrained. They were taken to Onslow Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
