HAMDEN, CT : New Haven cyclist, 54, killed in alleged DUI crash on Dixwell Avenue on Thursday, 17th September, 2020

A 54-year-old New Haven man was killed early Thursday on Dixwell Avenue after his bicycle was struck by a motorist who police said went over the yellow line.
David Toles was pronounced dead at the scene by Hamden Fire Rescue paramedics, Capt. Ronald Smith said Thursday
Police were called to Dixwell Avenue near Collins Street around 1:15 a.m. for a report of a motor vehicle accident.
