Rathdrum, ID : Rathdrum man dies in crash at the intersection of Wright Street on Thursday, 26th December, 2019

Police have identified the victim of a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred Thursday in Rathdrum.

Patrick A. Lee, 48, of Rathdrum, was reportedly in the roadway just north of the intersection of Wright Street at 7:43 p.m. when he was struck by a white pickup. The driver of the pickup was Jason J. Scott, 36, also of Rathdrum.

Lee was not in the crosswalk, according to police. He was pronounced dead at Kootenai Health.

The crash is under investigation.
